THE YATES CIDER MILL by Margaret M. Glinke

A canal to link the coasts of Michigan was begun in the 1800's. Along the canal, the Clinton River, near Rochester was harnessed by a dam to supply power to the original Yates Grist Mill in 1883. The mill was converted to produce cider in 1876 and became the Yates Cider Mill. Today the mill is a busy attraction to all who visit. The beautiful surrounding area welcomes visitors to a delightful experience of tasty treats and old-fashioned charm.

16" x 20" color print , $60.00

The quality of the Margaret Glinke's fine art is much higher than we can show within limits of this web site. Slight tonal changes and blurring around the areas of strong contrast are a result of the JPEG compression process, and are not part of the high quality originals.
